The cause: 50% US tariffs on $28 billion of our goods

Which came AFTER Carney's trade talks collapsed.

Inflation is still stuck at 3% (above target).

The Bank Of Canada’s verdict: monetary policy CANNOT FIX THIS.

A month ago Carney was taking credit for a 3.3% economic "rebound."
