Have just Magician by @refeist again and once more found myself whisked away by the worlds he has created. Every time i return to it I am reminded of the magic of books. One of the books that made me love reading! If you havent read it then I really recommend it.

Over recent weeks I have visited 15 ACF camps and the VCC camp. I have seen the level of work put into the planning and execution of some excellent training. Also the focus on providing our cadets with Fun, Friendship and Belonging has been first rate. Thank you to all the CFAVs.

During all my camps visits so far I have seen PSS and CFAVs doing everything within their power to make the Army’s Cadet Forces as inclusive as possible. I am convinced we are making good process and leadership is taking this seriously. Let’s keep up the momentum.
