@ohthekeeks @Caltrain I believe the usually response is that you need to contact customer service for that. I haven't ever heard anything past that but I imagine you'll probably get a refund.

@ntakayama The trains are not electric yet (though that is in the works), it's the signals that are having problems, which are run on electric power.

@johnny_mcarony @Caltrain Very likely. I'd bet on 30 minutes at least. Then once the problem is fixed likely another 10 minutes as the trains get going and back into schedule.

#caltrain #nb231 conductor reports delay will likely be longer than 15 minutes. Also no other trains will be leaving before this one-outage appears to be system wide.
