Flooding once again in Treorchy. Like 2020, Dumfries st has flooded again, despite @RCTCouncil putting cameras in to monitor the culvert below 2 illegally piped streams that were put in AFTER Storm Dennis & still haven’t been removed. Enforcement should have been paramount
