As you probably know, usually posts from "HHS Rapid Response" or
@RobertKennedyJr
are written by Stefanie Spear, who operates as a cloaked/surreptitious HHS Press Sec, particularly since Danker was run out (has he been replaced yet?). She imagines herself as a brilliant spin doctor. Dunning-Krueger. "Total BS" is a typical Stefanie response. RFK generally does not use that term in my experience, she routinely does.
I identified this as an active rumor. It is very actively circulating among West Wing and Senior HHS employees. I have heard it from multiple independent sources. That is not "Total BS", it is fact.

That said, if you heard the "Total BS" quote directly from RFK, then so it is, and I do not dispute your comment.

Do I claim to know whether this is more than an active rumor? No. If I could, I would have so stated. Is this consistent with known and documented patterns of behavior with other cabinet-level "replacements" under this admin and 45? Absolutely yes.

Is there a significant spin response campaign in progress, yes, clearly.

There may be a Psy-op campaign in progress. AMA made the strange and politically immature public comment about "going to war" with the secretary. The American Academy of Pediatrics is clearly doing what it can to sabotage. "Pharma" and "Bio" are also active. The favorite partner of the mRNA lobby (Cassidy) has just been primaried.

The individuals sharing this rumor with me may have been surreptitiously influenced by some third party chaos agent. It is DC. That is how some play the game.

I draw no conclusions, only observe, analyze and report. But whether this is an active rumor is not "Total BS".
