So thankful that many people have already given what they can for this sweet family during an incredibly difficult time. Reposting again to be sure as many as possible will see and have a chance to contribute as well. Thank you!!. https://t.co/jsx0ZjqVv0
@shelbyn_23 U mean like the ol’ days b4 corps? when ppl just woke up b4 dawn & farmed until dusk? It isnt the big bad corps that are forcing 8 hrs of ur day. U can choose to work there for the value of those hours, or u can work part time for the value of those. Its about choices & value
True repentance begins where (a) whitewashing ("nothing really happened"), (b) blame shifting ("it wasn't really my fault") (c) self-pity ("I'm sorry because of what it has cost ME"), and (d) self-flagellation ("I will feel so terrible no one will be able to criticize me")---end.
Love never fails, but it often uses a different timetable than ours. Kindness builds a bridge some will only risk walking on later. Words salted with grace can, in time, melt ice-covered hearts. We’re planting Gospel-mustard-seeds.
Your abilities get you positions of influence but a lack of character will get you out of them. If this is you, remember that God removing you is not just His chastisement but also His way of doing whatever it takes to form His character within you. He loves YOU, not your title.
Only to sit and think of God,
Oh what a joy it is!
To think the thought, to breath the Name
Earth has no higher bliss.

Good morning Christ Follower... welcome to the fact that your Heavenly Father is tirelessly working on your behalf to conform you to the image of His Son. He is not stressed about this process and in fact infinitely enjoys it because of His great love for you.
Happy 4th to the beautiful couple who didn’t exactly know what would be around the corner but were willing to go there trusting the Lord with each unknown. @ Lexington, Kentucky https://t.co/jwhGQ7qjWN
I am not what I ought to be.
I am not what I wish to be.
I am not what I one day will be.
But, by the grace of God, I am not what I once was.
