Just got done reading the appeal by Zino, Juniper and Riverwalk Wine and Spirts by their bush league lawyer Wendell Porterfield. I can’t wait to buy my wife a new car with the money they have to pay us back for this BS lawsuit. We all deserve better neighbors than these losers.

The owners of Zino Restaurant, Juniper Restaurant and Riverwalk Wine and Spirits collectively sued us on December 14th. We won the lawsuit in March when our motion for dismissal was granted With Prejudice. They filed an appeal so the nimby nonsense continues. #vaildaily #vail
