BREAKING: Last night, we informed clients that Iran's tankers have for the most part, vacated the anchorages of Kharg Island and Assaluyeh. The vessels have been dispersed across the gulf and we've spotted and identified a number of them today.

That said, major loadings of crude oil and fuel oil and exports still continue but non-essential empty tankers are distancing themselves away from the oil and gas condensate terminals as a precaution. This is a repeat of what we saw in early October 2024 when Israel and Iran exchanged attacks.

Please also note that Iran's Floating Navy Base vessel, the IRINS MAKRAN has been relocated to 27.08044, 56.30177, so she is no longer inside the Iranian Navy port of Shahid Bahonar, but further out in the anchorage.
