I can’t be the only one who lowkey doesn’t care about salty cals during eating/binge periods. I’ll fuck up some wingstop but put a soda and a brownie in front of me and suddenly that’s way to many cals
My Ed my rules!!
1. I try to only eat on the weekends when I’m not going to school or anything
2. If I musttt eat on a weekday I try not to go above 200 cals
3. Aim for 10k steps a day, I take public transportation everywhere so this isn’t very hard for me
