Today the Constitutional Amendment Bill No. 3 was read for the first time in Parliament, and tomorrow is the second reading when debate will commence. I will be submitting on the Order Paper tomorrow morning my proposed amendments, which I summarized from the original MDC and CCC constitutional reform proposals, as well as issues raised by several international and regional election observer missions. I have consulted the people I represent in Kuwadzana, and the dominant view is that we must fight for people's issues that level the electoral playing field. This is the approach that I will be taking.

Hey @JeffBezos if Amazon was run the same way as Zimbabwean Economy, it would take 10 years to deliver the goods, and they would ask for a 2 year term extension on delivery and if the goods were to be delivered they will be wrong anyway!
