@SouthwestAir so glad our flight was delayed for an 45 mins for no reason. Still sitting at gate while we are all on board. I'm a big defender of you all but this is ridiculous.

Another @SouthwestAir flight, another delay. Pretty much guaranteed these days. This time because we wait for a flight attendant coming from a flight that landed after ours was supposed to board.

It's impressive just how bad baggage is a bwi with @SouthwestAir . Been on the ground for over forty minutes. Not one bag out at claim yet. Smdh.
