Write down your protein goals (writing goals increases chance of achieving 9x).
Whether they are .7g or 1g = lb/bodyweight...write 'em down, track it, score it each day.
For me, I have to have 3 protein scoops/day to achieve 180. I use @promix...no fake 💩
