@BCLionsDen@Dave_CHED@DBshow47@PaulPauBombers@BCLions Calling it “uncooked deli meat” doesn’t really make sense. Ham, salami, pepperoni, back bacon etc. are already cured/cooked before they ever hit the pizza. And once they’re baked under the cheese in a hot oven, they’re definitely cooked.
@michaelgrange The bar to void an NBA contract is near impossible. You'd have to prove Kawhi knew it was cap circumvention. And even if you could, why? A void barely touches him (one year left, elite market, he re-signs for equal or more), torches the Raptors, and the Clippers just lose a trade

@Tdubzzz29@VINTAGESASKO 100%. This was the clearest angle of all the replays — the ball was secured throughout the entire process of the catch. No other angle showed any evidence that it wasn’t a catch.
@b_paterson@CEdwardsTSN@MorganLaidler@nielsonTSN1260 Agreed—35 seconds between plays will be a nice change of pace, probably feeling fast compared to what we’re used to. Still hoping they preserve some final 3 minute excitement with unique clock rules (like NCAA: stop to reset the chains, then start again once ball is spotted).
@b_paterson@CEdwardsTSN@MorganLaidler@nielsonTSN1260 You’re right on all of this, except the final 3 minutes. That part’s still unclear to me. If the clock always starts on the snap (in final 3 minutes) then, games will actually be longer than status quo. Agreed—too often 60+ seconds of game clock run off between plays.
@b_paterson@CEdwardsTSN@MorganLaidler@nielsonTSN1260 Scenario: the prior play ends with the player tackled in bounds. The 35 second play clock starts, and the game clock is stopped. When does the game clock restart? In today’s game, the refs blow it in before the snap — the game clock is not always held until the snap.
@CEdwardsTSN@MorganLaidler@nielsonTSN1260 Say more. Does the game clock stop at the end of the prior play, while the 35-second play clock starts immediately, runs down to 20, and then pauses until the play is blown in?
