La Salle F Ryan Zan has entered the transfer portal, per @ThePortalReport.
Zan averaged 2 PPG, but he honestly played pretty great in the team’s finale against SJU. Good luck to him wherever he ends up.
La Salle F Ryan Zan will enter the transfer portal, per source!
Zan started in 8 games for the Explorers the last two seasons and averaged 2.2 points and 1.4 rebounds per game this season!
La Salle closes within 29-25 on back-to-back 3-pointers by Ryan Zan and Deuce Jones.
And @KaleBeers let out a "POW!" after Jones's 3 that all of press row could hear! lol
Speaking of Kale, I will be joining him at halftime. Tune in if you can.
Truly proud of our 2022 17u group as they continue their journey. 5 members of the team have received Division I offers. In this era of transfer portal, extra eligibility, and NILs, that is almost unheard of for an independent program. Very special group of student-athletes.
Ryan Zan (@ryan__zan) was all set to play a post-grad year at the Perkiomen School this fall. Then Fran Dunphy and @LaSalle_MBB came calling, and Zan will spend this year in the Atlantic 10 instead.

So proud of you, @ryan__zan! Keep working hard. Keep earning everything. La Salle is getting a great one on & off the court. @GoExplorers!
Hey @tygarland… is 21 available???
So proud of Ryan. What a testament to hard work and perseverance. Ryan was driven to take his game to the next level, and he’s been a cornerstone of our program these last two years. A pleasure to coach, and a role model for our younger players. Congratulations!
Rutgers Prep (N.J.) forward Ryan Zan, who was going to play a prep year at Perkiomen School (Pa.) this season, instead will be a freshman at @LaSalle_MBB, as Fran Dunphy adds the skilled 6-7 forward to his roster.
