10 years building full-stack products. Lately most of my work sits on Cloudflare: Workers, D1, R2, AI Gateway, and the messy parts in between.

I'll share unfiltered takes on edge infra, serverless, AI agents, and the engineering decisions no one warned me about.

One thing I'm still figuring out: is the edge actually faster, or does it just make it harder to build slow things?
