@HarryStebbings I couldn't agree more with the sentiment. In a similar vein, I have loads of our early customers on whatsapp. There's a real relationship there; I hear about new products, I get feedback, and genuine willingness to help us improve stuff. WhatsApp/SMS > Email.

@toddsaunders Mostly because ex-Blue Collar guys have already built the systems rather than sipping lattes in SF, and are out there pounding pavements, and using their networks to get people onboarded before anyone realises what's happening. Moats are already being built.

@HarryStebbings We've got a "The Barista Touch Impress" by Sage. There is some cleaning involved, but it's not regular. It's on a par with the descaling of the Nespresso type systems. We replaced the Nespresso with this about a year ago and feel its worth the marginal extra effort.
