@FromPhDtoLife Thanks! We are just figuring it out too. Yes! I’ve talked to many academics who were never sure what was available out there or how useful they are! Every graduate student has transferable skills that could be useful - just have to translate them to business lingo :)

@FromPhDtoLife Haha, yea there are usually a few improvements on the bank sites that need to occur and change can be slow - lots of legacy and secure systems that need to be upgraded or changed :) Hopefully, they will be able to get it updated soon!

@FromPhDtoLife Our teams usually work alongside design groups who are focused on customer and colleague experiences. The work can involve exploratory research (observation, ethnography, etc) through to evaluative (usability testing, concept evaluation) utilizing a variety of methods/paradigms.
