@AvantiWestCoast But the government is advising against travel so kinda out of my hands regardless of my ticket being advance, open or off peak... why are you blocking refunds for advance & only allowing a date change, we dont know when this will be over so I cannot give you an alternative date

@AvantiWestCoast why can you refund an off peak ticket but not an advance? I’m travelling on an off peak train with an advance so not sure what the difference is. The government is advising against travel regardless of the ticket type so we should be able to have a refund?

@MartinSLewis #Avantiwestcoast will not refund advance tickets even though government is advising against all but essential travel. All other tickets are refundable... what’s the difference? I’m on an off peak train regardless of the ticket. Can I clawback from my credit card?
