Excuse is there’s a problem with local mast sending signal. But other peoples phones are working! 🤷‍♂️

@virginmedia Hey @virginmedia, you cancelled off my current SIM card before I got my new one, which might not arrive for another 5 days. Thank you for that! 😤Plus, Customer Service are unable to do anything because it is the same number and has been classed as dispatched.

@virginmedia Yeah, I’ve done all of the troubleshoot issues including resetting the network on my phone.

@virginmedia I have WiFi and nothing else. Essentially everything Virgin supply isn’t working. Done all the troubleshooting tips. I can see how it is later today at home. But others in the office with Virgin Media aren’t having any issues.
