Ukraine is not in recession.
Canada is.
Read that again.
Ukraine is fighting missiles, blackouts, energy strikes, transport disruption, and a full-scale war.
Canada is fighting Trudeau, Freeland, Carney, and the Liberal Party.
Ukraine took a war-hit Q1 and is still forecast to grow in 2026.
Canada had GDP drop in Q4, flatline in Q1, and business investment fall for 5 straight quarters.
No missiles.
No bombed-out power grid.
No front line.
Just Liberal economics doing what Liberal economics does.
Ukraine has war.
Canada has Liberals.
That is the embarrassment.
🚨 Young Canadian just dropped a brutal truth bomb on Mark Carney and the Liberals.
The exact demographic that got them elected — seniors over 50 — is now getting screwed:
• Cutting Old Age Security (OAS)
• Cutting funding for senior citizens’ homes
• Cooking the books by putting CPP on the government balance sheet like it’s their money (it’s NOT — it belongs to Canadians)
Same week? They announce another couple hundred million to Ukraine… while Ukraine builds a **billion-dollar ski resort** for tourism.
Your tax dollars are funding luxury infrastructure abroad while Canadian seniors get the knife and new home builds tank at home.
This is what “thank you for electing us” looks like from Carney and the Liberals.
Seniors who voted Liberal… still feeling the love? Or are you done?
Drop a 🔥 if you’re sick of Canada Last politics.

⚠️ WORTH ALL 11 MINUTES!! ⚠️
Glenn Beck just dropped a nuke 💣 on Canada 🇨🇦
He’s calling it exactly what it is:
**Canada is no longer a free nation.**
We have a government that controls your speech, your property, your energy, your news, your guns, your healthcare — and now offers you assisted suicide when the wait times get too long.
This isn’t democracy.
This is a managed oligarchy with democratic trappings.
The Liberals have turned Canada into a warning for the rest of the free world.
Video is absolutely brutal. Watch it all the way through.
Canada used to be better than this.
What’s the one thing that proves we’ve lost our freedom the most? Drop it below 👇

I'm obviously a big fan of supplements. But if I had to narrow down my list to just 5 that I think most people should be taking, they'd be:
- Omega-3s
- Magnesium
- Vitamin D
- Creatine
- A high-quality multivitamin
The income and wealth gap in the US are the highest they’ve been in almost 100 years. It’s something that need to be addressed before it creates even more extreme internal conflicts.
However, I worry about the practical impacts of wealth taxes on the economic system. And that’s because there’s a difference between wealth and money.
It’s all about the mechanics. Bubbles burst when there’s a need for money to generate cash flow. Wealth taxes would create a situation where people who are wealthy on paper need to sell assets to cover their liabilities. And that can quickly create a dynamic that leads to a broader issue.
It’s something to watch in the coming years.
When I say that the monetary order is breaking down, I mean that fiat currencies and debt as a storehold of wealth are not being held by central banks in the same way they were in the recent past.
That reality is largely being driven by the same forces that drive The Big Cycle.
Today, we know that both the holders of US dollar denominated debt (other countries) and those who need it (the US) are worried about each other for geopolitical reasons.
That becomes a big problem when you’re producing a lot of debt — which the US continues to do.
Bringing your own ceramic or stainless steel mug to a coffee shop (instead of using their to-go cups) is one of the easiest ways to limit unnecessary exposure to microplastics.
It's a no-cost health change you can make starting today.

One of the most common things I'm asked about is sleep supplements.
Here's my list (and why I take them):
• Melatonin - 3 mg or less 1-3 hours before bed. Best reserved for travel/jet lag or when you *really* need sleep.
• Magnesium glycinate - calms the nervous system especially when stressed (which depletes magnesium). I take 120 mg before bed but some research uses 200-400 mg.
• L-theanine - non-sedating amino acid that helps to calm the brain. A dose of 200-400 mg can improve sleep latency and sleep quality, especially if you're dealing with anxiety/insomnia.
• Glycine - when taken about 30-60 minutes before bed, it may improve subjective sleep quality due to its nervous system effects.
• Myo-inositol - not strongly evidenced as a sleep aid but I've found it helps me calm the "mental chatter" before bed.
So talking to adults at work about sex is sexual harassment — but talking about sex to children at school is necessary.
Liberal logic is misinformation.
