Congratulations to 𝐌𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐡𝐲 on winning the 2025-26 Friar Award for Female Athlete of the Year!

Murphy helped lead the Friars to a soccer state championship and a state runner-up finish in women’s track & field. She paced the soccer team with 18 goals and nine assists while also competing on the 4x200 and 4x400 relay teams at state. Murphy earned First Team All-District and First Team All-State honors in soccer!

Muhammad shined as a two-sport standout for the Friars, earning All-District honors in both football and men’s basketball. On the gridiron, he hauled in 43 receptions for 493 yards, added 380 rushing yards, and totaled five touchdowns, while also averaging 5.9 points and 4.5 rebounds per game on the hardwood!
