There has never been another player like Pete Rose in my lifetime. This is the way I will remember him, playing the game harder than anyone else ever did.
Few athletes will leave behind more complicated legacies. Today isn’t the day for that.

@DanielleTrotta why doesn’t NASCAR look at moving the 600 to Saturday night and encourage more drivers to do the double? That would also allow more Indycar drivers to try out NASCAR at a large event?
@MattSebek Great atmosphere! One suggestion, maybe open the west side stands next time instead of the east side when it’s going to be that hot. :) it was pretty hot in the sun.

@STLCityGov someone needs to revisit the policy of not accepting anything over a $20 bill for parking in a city lot or Kiel garage. You are willing to turn away cars with kids in them because you might get a fraudulent $100 bill? Empower your employees to use common sense!
