1) The arbitrary $150,000 income cap would kick at least 20,000 children off the program and punish families like the average married firefighter and nurse.

The Protect Education Accountability Now Committee (PEANC)—the group behind the anti-ESA ballot initiative—claims only 9% of its funding is from out of state.

That’s false.

Their own campaign finance report shows the truth: 98% of their funding—nearly $4.5 MILLION—comes from out-of-state, all from the National Education Association in Washington, D.C.

Let that sink in.

This isn’t an Arizona movement.
It’s a DC teachers union trying to buy our ballot and take away school choice from Arizona families—while deceiving voters about who’s funding it.
