@Harrods I purchased an item from your shop last weekend and when I returned home (350 miles from London) and unwrapped it, found the security tag was still on the item (Yes, I have the receipt)
I was advised by your customer services that all they could suggest was get another
Shop to remove the tag.
Is this correct, @Harrods want another company to fix an error one of their staff made?
