This is Jude, just wanted to tell his story and show if you put effort into the kids and never give up this is what happens.

Well done to Rawcliffe United u8s manger, coaches, parents, and team for always believing in the team and to Jude's parents for never giving up and always believing it would happen one day

Well done Jude ♥️🖤⚽

JUDE....
For anyone that doesnt know, this lad has been with us for 3 years now. Comes to training everyweek. Works hard, listens and has the ability to be a top draw player. However he's struggled to take that step over the touchline on a match day. We've tried everything over the past 3 years. Recently at a festival, was the first step for Jude, playing a friendly match, but with at least 100 people watching. He did it, but then he took it either further and played his first ever proper match. No nerves, it was like having a new player. Don't think their was a dry eye on the touchline (the mums anyway).
I'm sure plenty of other teams, would've cut strings with him a long time ago, that's not the Rawcliffe way...
I have always believed in him, my fellow coaches have always believed in him, more importantly his team mates have always believed in him. Now he believes it himself.

Player of the game had to go to our #2 Jude 🖤❤️
