Michael Asselta defeated Eric Kim 1 up to capture the 105th W.Y. Dear Junior Championship at Fiddler’s Elbow Country Club.
After first winning the title in 2024, Asselta returned to the top this year to become a two-time W.Y. Dear Junior Champion.
With the victory, Asselta also earned an exemption into the 78th U.S. Junior Amateur Championship, to be contested July 20–25 at Saucon Valley Country Club in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
