As I age & experience more loss of friends, elders, & youngsters (it’s never ok to experience your friends losing a child) I’m settling into a new life intention & goals: live well so when I go out, it isn’t due to my poor choices or due to my lifestyle (or attitude)

The overwhelming consensus I see is folks, myself included, aren’t behind this branding effort. No word from them = they aren’t listening; makes us feel like we don’t matter

Hard to believe this was 1 year ago today. Never saw him coming; semi ran a red light. 6” doesn’t seem like much, 6” saved my life. It wasn’t my time. Took 4 months of trauma therapy; learned a lot. Grateful to still be here
