@airtransat flight 477 to Montreal (& ultimately Rome) from Toronto is now delayed over 90 minutes and clock still ticking. I appreciate the new AC unit but Wouldn’t it just make sense to put us all one of the many other flights that have already left for Montreal?

@airtransat To be clear: I can handle inconvenience. What I found most unsettling was the last minute information shared with the passengers, the lack of AC and then the lack of electricity. Does not instill confidence or calm.
