This message might carry more weight in criminals in Canada were actually punished for their crimes and not released on no cash bail at every possible chance. Additionally, maybe if immigrants were actually deported after being released from jail instead of being allowed to continue living in Canada, they might listen.
@bryan_johnson Whatever you do, don't watch ancient apocalypse on Netflix. I did a 7g mushroom trip while watching Graham Hancock's show and the close ups of him talking about shit are kind of terrifying at that dose.
@thegarybrecka For the first time in my life, I'm almost 31, I can honestly say I'm disciplined with what I eat, and with my gym schedule and my overall routine. 8 months of healthy eating, 3 weeks straight of 6 days a week in the gym. I feel great and I'm pushing on pure discipline.
One day, after listening to hundreds of Joe Rogan podcasts and listening to several guests talk about the carnivore diet, I said to myself, I can try that. I was 270lbs. Some muscle, I used to hit the gym 10 years ago. Stopped smoking weed, starting eating meat only. And when I say the weight started falling off, I mean it. In 3 months I was down 30lbs. Every week or so I would break down and eat junk food. I felt like shit about myself the next day and noticed the feeling my body had. That was my motivation to keep going. After 7 months, I was down 50lbs but I hit a plateau. I'm going 3-4 weeks in between junk food sessions. So I said, I can hit the gym now. I'm on my third week back in the gym as of today. Doing 6 days a week in the gym. 65lbs less than I was 8 months ago, eating healthy, not smoking weed, not drinking. I ate my last batch of junk food yesterday. I'm now scheduling junk food for once a month. For the first time in my life, I can honestly say that I have discipline, and it's that discipline that is keeping me consistent. I feel great, I look better, and I have no plans of stopping my new lifestyle.
At no point in time do they say "on the ground." They tell him to "put his hands up". He puts them out to his side and slightly up. At this point they're getting him away from his vehicle. They want him to come towards them. They are still at this time telling him to "put his hands up". His hands are still out to the side, close enough to being "up". They then instruct him to "turn around". This may be the command you are thinking they said "on the ground" for. As he begins to turn around, as instructed to do, they tase him. They then instruct him to roll over. Keep in mind, he's just been tased and fell backwards onto a declined angle, increasing the distance he fell. He likely knocked the wind out of himself and just had electrical currents ripping through his body. Goodluck rolling over, you're trying to catch your breath. They then taste him again. Near the end of the video, you can hear them yelling "hands out to your side" several times, but if you look, you'll see his hands are already out to the side before this command is given, and during their yelled commands for him to do so. It's excessive force.
@thegarybrecka My coffee maker decided this morning it's not going to brew anymore. Light comes on, I hear the click, but nothing heats up and nothing starts pouring. So today, for me, even going hard at the gym at 3:30am doesn't earn me a cup of coffee. π€π»
@Fortnite Hey guys just curious why you have a song by D4vd on your game considering the ongoing situation with him and the possible murder and statutory rape allegations against him?
@thegarybrecka I believe that. Based on a new report, 68% of Canadians are overweight or obese. Its becoming easier and easier to be an outlier in health and wellness.
