@Crunchy_DG PDGA recently sent out proposed rules changes, and one of them included this rule. It proposed 45 sec for non-practiced throws(not off the tee or putting), and keeping 30 sec for practiced throws(putting and tee shots). But I agree with your current position.

@DiscGolfProTour What are some tips you have to mentally prepare for tournaments? I practice really well but can’t pull it together in a sanctioned round.

@LoneStarChad @AustinHannum That’s due to the extra grip turf provides. In football it causes injuries due to turf not being able to give or tear. So when legs are twisted, instead of ground tearing beneath the feet, ligaments are torn.
