4.Make it fun. It’s easy to lose sight of this in practice and games but it’s just that - a game. Run as many trick plays as possible and make sure the kids are enjoying their time. If they’re not, nothing else matters.

3. Growth Mindset. Self Scout and learn your tendencies so you can adapt. If you know what your most likely to call on third down so does your opponent.
