The first Gaelic football video game in over 20 years is hitting the shelves on Thursday - after being created by a Belfast company.

‘Gaelic Football Laochra’ by Buck Eejit Games, will be the first Irish-made video game to offer players a Gaelic Football experience, and the first to feature Gaelic games since an Australian company released a series of poorly received football and hurling titles in the mid-2000s.

The game will be released for PC, XBOX and PlayStation, and it will allow players to choose any of Ireland’s county football teams, along with London and New York.
