I am having the worst customer experience with @Discovery_SA. No answers for a query that is 6 months old and now I have been on hold for 35mins and getting given the run around from Travel, to Vitality to Bank, this is a nightmare!!!
@TicketmasterZA Surely a contact number at the least for us to speak to someone to get answers. This is looking more like a scam by the day. All roads lead to the money being spent before the concert and now you are waiting for your next concert to pay back what you owe, please share a number!
