Review how we’ve worked together over the last 30 days.

Find every place where work unnecessarily stopped, slowed down or came back to me before it could continue.

Look specifically for:

1 - Jobs you could have started without me prompting you

ESCALATE ONLY - Handle normal cases yourself and bring me the exceptions.

Don’t change anything yet.

Show me the biggest dependencies first and explain what would need to change to safely remove each one.

Then we’ll go through them one at a time.

The goal isn’t to remove yourself from everything your Grok Bot does.

It’s to make sure you’re only involved where you actually add value.

I can appreciate Clay's point, and there probably are several young grifters out there claiming to be experts.. But most in SEO are also saying they are "AI SEO" (GEO, whatever) experts too, and hardly anybody has 10 years exp either?

A - I actually DID start in SEO at 12 years old, I launched my quite well known GodofSEO blog (with 22k word guides on EComm SEO 😅) at 17 slightly before this video.. I'm now 30.

B - I started messing around with AI models in late 2019 by mistake, because I'm a massive StarCraft nerd, and Google open sourced AlphaStar (there agent that could beat any pro human at the game) which sent me down a rabbit hole of other libraries like Word2Vec which I eventually showed us modelling on stage at the Chiang Mai SEO Conference.

C - So by the "10 year rule" I've got 18 in SEO and ~7 in AI.. The term "GEO" only got coined in late 2023, so that's still more years than the entire GEO industry has existed.

Age was never the grift.. Claiming experience without proof is - I've met people who have been in SEO a few years and are dominating a very specific technique they refined more than anyone else previously...
