@hinx@DevonS93@charlieo_conn @BILLadelphia1 But it’s two surgeries. The hip surgery in addition to the core surgery, on opposite sides of the body. Significantly different recovery. Kropf specializes in hip arthroscopy, which is not a muscle surgery at all. Hayes should bounce back faster, the hip surgery is a killer.
@DevonS93@charlieo_conn @BILLadelphia1 @hinx G and Ghost had two surgeries, from two doctors, in a single day. The core muscle injury and the hip injury were on opposite sides of the body, that’s why the reports mention a bilateral surgery. Not the same. @BILLadelphia1 @charlieo_conn https://t.co/MKG5KbLtE8

@spencerhaugh Also a deep understanding of HTML and accessibility, beyond Lighthouse scores. Understanding how things work and how to build for various technologies to interface with, rather than just monitor, touch, and mouse.
@spencerhaugh I selected TS, but it all depends on what you want to do. I think getting a solid fundamental understanding of HTML, CSS, and JS (outside of frameworks) is better than learning React. They are just going to make you a stronger dev who can leverage any framework better.
@mmatuzo I go back and forth on this one, but to me... a modal is a page overlaid on your page. Especially considering there was a URL change, and assuming that refreshing the page should still display the modal - you clicked a link (anchor).
@mikeyil I honestly can't imagine how disappointed my team and boss would be if I ever tried this shit. I got yelled at for joining meetings from the parking lot while Jen did PT because she couldn't drive herself... but that was like - the other option was just sit there?
@mikeyil I was pretty impressed by what I saw on the 1900icecream stories today. Some of the more accurate captions I've seen (but a little too fast for me at times)
@mikeyil@marcysutton Tell me you went to AI without telling me you went to AI.
I was a digital media major and ... I still don’t actually know what I went to school for? It was basically high level of anything you can do with a computer, and video production in detail.
Hi! I am looking for my next full-time gig as a front-end web developer and accessibility specialist! If you have work in mind for me that doesn't fall under those umbrellas, I would love to hear from you anyway!
