My friend, China owns more acres of American farmland (our food supply) than even Bill Gates does. China controls at least 75% of our antibiotic supply chain. China sends over 300,000 "students" to our increasingly Marxist universities every year. China has majority ownership of almost 3,000 American companies. China released a virus it at least co-produced with our mad scientists that wreaked Biblical levels of havoc upon the planet.
Minus bloodshed, or hard power, we have limited options for truly effective soft power to leverage this inequitable and unjust dynamic more in the favor of the American people. Who hopefully have finally decided cheap TVs and stereos aren't worth this level of cultural treachery/rotgut/subversive invasion.
Respectfully, to me the true deficit here is cultural. The sabbath/economy was made for man, not man/economy for the sabbath.
Adult men are not supposed to feel "happy." It's abnormal. You should question what you're doing. You should feel the tinge of fear. It means you're pushing yourself.
The alternative is sitting around, waiting to die, like some fat fucking muppet.
Our new Director of National Intelligence, my friend @TulsiGabbard 🇺🇸 Such an honor to be here for your swearing-in today. Thank you for your service to the nation and for sharing this special day with us 🙏 Congratulations!
New York Judge Paul Engelmayer just forbade all political appointees — including Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent — from accessing Dept. of Treasury data, all based on Blueanon conspiracy theories!!
Those theories couldn't be challenged because the order was EX PARTE — meaning Trump's lawyers weren't warned, and couldn't weigh in. Only Democrat Attorneys General were allowed to argue.
The judge cites no law or logic to support this unprecedented order, because it defies both. The judge’s ruling is, in essence, that Scott Bessent simply occupies a ceremonial position without real power, like the King of England.
This is a grenade thrown into the functioning of the Treasury Department.
It forbids the elected government from accessing information about budget and finances. Instead, only the permanent, deep-state government can know what's being spent.
It means Scott Bessent's subordinates have far more power than Scott Bessent does.
Democrat pundits who whine about the Constitution are liars, and will shred it the first chance they get.
For now, the order is only for the next week, but if a court tries to make it permanent the Trump Administration should absolutely consider defying it.
Better yet, SCOTUS should bar this judge from ever hearing similar cases again, and every Democrat lawyer involved should be sanctioned.
Tbh, I think a lot of us are grateful that someone in the senate gives a shit enough about Americans who are interested in this process, that for years has seemed ethereal, to actually explain it and keep us updated so well. You’re not my senator but your openness is noted and appreciated.
I understand it is a subscription and taxpayer funds are purchasing a service (a pretty specialized one, which is far better than regular Politico). But people are kinda done with “it’s a $20K subscription. It’s a drop in the bucket. We don’t have to explain it, you rubes.” No, you are in your Explain Yourself Era. If someone I reported on gave me substantial money for subscriptions for my product, I should mention it in said product. And there is something extra galling about the fact that, if you understand Politico Pro, you know that it’s ostensibly a service that tracks the intricacies of a federal government that is so big and complex and out of its lane that people who work IN IT nonetheless need a $10K+ subscription service to decipher it, which they of course pay for with our money. Can’t make it smaller and do less! Gotta add expenses to your bill to understand the leviathan we’ve created and y’all don’t get to be mad. You are indeed getting effed six ways from Sunday. It’s okay to be annoyed.
I not sure those who have been in Washington for years realize how engaged this coalition of views are. Especially on the right. We’re not going to be ignored and we’ll work to put representation in office that reflects us.
One thing about being a nepo baby is you pick up a lot about the family business through sheer osmosis. The first presidential primary I was ever exposed to was at 13 years old. The first general one was at birth. I know a lot about how primary politics functions.
Me, MAGA, Charlie Kirk, MAHA Moms, independents, anti establishment disenfranchised voters who came to our side this time - the entire coalition is in support of @tulsigabbard. We are also in agreement that anyone who votes against Tulsi we will all collectively pour our resources into primarying the next cycle.
The election was a mandate from the American people and all sides of the conservative coalition are going to be represented. There will be no “sacrifices”, least of all her.
This isn’t a threat, this is how politics works.
Confirm her. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Lt. Col. Tulsi Gabbard: "The President's reelection is a mandate from the American people to break this cycle of failure, end the weaponization & politicization of the IC, & begin to restore trust in those who have been charged with securing our nation."

It doesn’t seem difficult to understand to me. Most Americans want to be left alone. We don’t care what the government thinks of how we live our lives as long as they don’t get in our way. We don’t want to be spied on. We don’t want to sacrifice 40% of our income. We’d rather use it to enrich our neighbors.
An addendum to this — Todd Young is there on RFK and supporting him. He was there on Hegseth. He’s there on Kash. I think everyone needs to remain optimistic here and I believe and hope he will do the right thing by Trump in the end and vote for Tulsi. Energy is good but keep it in a positive direction and not threatening. Call and offer support for the nominees and make clear the expectations but also don’t be nasty and there’s no point in talking about any primaries right now because he’s not in cycle until 2028. If he does the right thing in the end, all is well. That’s what matters here.
.@SenToddYoung is the new Liz Cheney.
Do the people of Indiana who voted for him know he is actively trying to stop @TulsiGabbard from getting her job she earned?
