@WahabDollars I wanted total control of my life, quit cold turkey 2 months ago. You are weak if you need to be high. I was high for 10 years, everyday. Never again.
@NewsLambert There were too many agents, 22,000 in Washington DC alone. 90% don’t work hard which is why 10% of us do $20m+. I personally do 50 transactions a year and it’s nice to see less knuckleheads.
INSTEAD OF WATCHING AN HOUR OF NETFLIX TONIGHT.
This 1 hour Stanford lecture by Joel Peterson will teach you more about negotiation and getting what you want than most people learn in years.
Bookmark it and give it an hour, no matter what.
A reminder that the 1994 live-action Flintstones movie literally built a massive, full scale Bedrock city out of real stone and fiberglass in a desert quarry instead of using CGI.
MAJOR AND VERY SERIOUS COMPLAINT FOR @JudgeJeanine@DCPoliceDept@TheJusticeDept@DCGovWeb
I’m a concealed carry permit holder, and DC has decided to move their firearm registration to an online portal rather than in person.
I registered my firearm through the portal six months ago and for six months now the portal says it is under construction.
How in the world could something this serious not be top priority for the city to have up and running?
You want us to lawfully carry but you make it impossible for us to register.
Fix this now. I need to know the status of my firearm registration.
When Elon Musk was asked to rate how important money is to him from 0 to 10, he said:
“Maybe a 2.”
“The reason I guess I have what’s called wealth or really just shares in the companies, is that I’ve created these companies. Tesla has about 140,000 direct employees worldwide, and probably five times that number in the broader ecosystem, maybe almost a million jobs when you look at the whole supply chain that Tesla has created. And then SpaceX has about 15,000 people, and perhaps around 50,000 people when you include the full supply chain.
So, with the help of many talented people, I built these companies. The so-called wealth statistics simply add up what my ownership stake in those companies is worth. But I don’t actually have that in cash. I have it in stock. It’s really just that the companies have succeeded.”
When my kids put money into a piggy bank instead of buying a toy, I buy the stock who makes the toy. I show them the chart of how there money increases through ownership rather then spending. Compounding vs consuming. Your toy will cost you but ownership will make you wealthy. Don’t buy the toy, buy the company.
