@gracielnthealps There was a $5 CAD difference between GA and first row of the lower bowl beside the satellite stage for me (seats being $5 more) so I went for the seats!
@after1aughter They’ve been doing this at gigs for years. It’s totally fine and a really simple process. I think we can just trust that Phoebe and her team know what they’re doing.
Matthew Knies and William Nylander were at a loss for words after finding out the Leafs got the number 1 overall pick while at the Marlies game.

If I had to guess, the next Leafs coach will either be;
Woodcroft
Carle
Cassidy
I don’t think Cassidy’s system and relationship with young stars will work with this roster but he’s an excellent coach.
I’d love Woodcroft to fix this offence and PP.
But Carle is my guy.
This is a fun reminder that a lot of insiders know absolutely nothing about this new Leafs regime and their plans and that their sources went out the door with Treliving and Doan.
I watched the entire Leafs press conference (unlike most people on here) - here’s what I took out of it;
Chayka and Sundin haven’t met with any coaches or players yet. They’re doing that this week and then they’ll make a decision on coaching (sounds to me like Berube is gone)
I do think Chayka’s reputation around the league is going to make it very difficult to make trades and that’s not what you want in a GM.
They only mildly disliked Dubas and we couldn’t even get guys through waivers lmao
Do I think these were the right hires? Absolutely not. There are other candidates I think would have done a better job. But I’m at least open to seeing what type of vision they have for the team moving forward. We’ll find that out very soon and then I will react accordingly.
Playoff basketball is so fun, man. The Raptors crowd is next level and sometimes they get to see a moment like tonight’s magical RJ shot and it’s amazing. I still cannot believe that happened. So cool that RJ gets that moment with his hometown team.
