Two new data centers worth $25 billion just broke ground in...
New Florence, Missouri.
(That's 90 minutes west of St. Louis, 3 hours east of Kansas City.)
Amazon and Google are both building data centers on opposite sides of I-70.
Seeing two hyperscale builds at the same exit ramp is not something that comes around very often.
So if you are a specialty contractor, start making calls to get on these projects.
Amazon is holding a public open house June 23rd in Montgomery County.
Technically it's for residents. But if you do concrete, electrical, or HVAC work for a living... you probably want to be in that room.

Want a list of all the data center projects that are planned or under construction in the U.S.?

GET ON THE LIST OR WATCH SOMEBODY ELSE CASH THE CHECK.
There is $262.9 billion tied up in new data center construction right now.
Yet this is just the start of whatโs coming:
The amount of training compute required to develop new AI models is doubling every five months.
And with all this power, AI will soon be able to rewrite its own code to make itself smarter.
But the entire thing is bottlenecked because we cannot find enough human beings willing to pull the copper wire.
I think about this often.
@Chicago1Ray Social Security will not be able to pay full benefits because at some point it will pay out more than it brings in. The money didn't disappear.
@SuzeOrmanShow Spot on, Suze! Roth 401ks can be used as emergency funds without paying taxes. But, you didn't mention that you need to be at least 59.5 years old, to avoid penalties and taxes. ๐
