@DellCares I sent a DM yesterday, but the situation is worse now. After failing to pick up my computer, Iβm told it must now enter a "system" for 2β3 days before I can even return it. This is utterly insane. Your system is fundamentally broken. Fix this.
@DellCares re: your DM. Obviously email support is failing. They're literally refusing to even order parts that I need, because of an internal Dell logistics issue, which will presumably cause the repair to take even longer (if it ever happens). This is ridiculous. #Dell
