UPDATE — The Marion County Prosecutor tells me prosecutors are working with IMPD to formally charge the 14-year-old.
The case will not be filed by today.
Indiana law allows prosecutors to seek adult charges for some murder cases involving juveniles, however, a 14-year-old would need to be waived by a judge.
