merchant was on a monthly plan and uninstalled after the free trial

in the only support email we received before the review was posted, we responded within ~30 minutes

instead the app store review purge tanked my rating to 4.6 whilst keeping a fraudulent 1-star review I flagged over a month ago 🙃

@Olu_Abiodun01 Yeah, the review purge initially removed the fraudulent 1-star so I didn’t mind it. Then it got added back.

I wonder if they know or care how badly this impacts apps like ours
