Ryan is a heck of an athlete, and an even better person.

Already up quite a bit of velo, and improving daily.

Super stoked to see him continue to grow.

Had a great time this past weekend @Bucknell_BB. Hit a new exit velo pr of 93 mph and ran into some tough outs in game. Below are some of my pitching and hitting clips, along with some swings from my bp round. @domonic9brown @Banditsball @PrepDevon @AlbertusIV @LandsharkSP

4 arms, 82-85 on the fastball this summer, 3.6 GPA.

@k_man_44 Kerrick Waugh — Commands a 3-pitch mix and creates whiff — tough look from a high slot.
@ryanlafond2028 Ryan Lafond — Athletic mover with ride on the fastball — frame to see velo climb.
@ChaseMillingto2 Chase Millington — Loose, whippy arm stroke with a developed 3-pitch mix, strong mechanics.
@BlakeSilvers12 Blake Silvers — Barrel out early, drives it down the line — then mixes pitches both ways.

Two-way prospect from Devon Prep. Arm strength for 3B and room to add physicality to the frame and lower body. Showed well.

Tough one today as we fell 2-0 to Ghost Premier. Ryan Lafond battled on the mound, giving us 4.2 strong innings and keeping us in the game from the first pitch to the last. Brian Raby led the offense with two hits, while Evan Leonard drew two walks as we showed patience at the plate with six walks as a team. Will Newbert threw someone out stealing second, and Ben Gambino was awesome in relief. Sometimes baseball comes down to one or two swings, and today was one of those days. I’m proud of the way these guys competed, and never stopped fighting. We gotta correct a few mental errors, but we’re coming. This group continues to show toughness, and we’ll be ready to respond tomorrow.
