@ReganStrachan@CityPowerJhb Not asking for an ETA just merely what the issue is. Currently we are figuratively and literally in the dark as to what the issue is. I believe that a bit of knowledge sharing goes a long way. If a road has washed away and took our power line with it, fine. We just want to know.

@CityPowerJhb Cool story bro. I just drove past that substation now and it's locked up tight. There was an unmarked car parked far down the road with some people standing around. So I'm assuming those are your technicians working on the issue
@CityPowerJhb You closed my ticket after I escalated it without a reason. Their is still no power, so no we are not patient or appreciative of your "work". How can we trust anything you say when clearly the truth is not being told
