Since when did @AirCanada turn into the @JetBlue of Canadian air travel?! Cancellation an hour before the flight, AC474, to then be rescheduled 14hrs later. @CTA_gc has some pretty interesting things regarding passenger/customer protections. Let’s talk @AirCanada #grounded

@AirCanada After a wonderful vacation to DR, we came back on flight AC1713 only to have our connection flight, AC474, cancelled and rebooked 14hrs later. @CTA_gc has some interesting compensation guidelines that have been blatantly disregarded. So now…?

@AirCanada our flight (AC474) was cancelled four and a half hours. You have hundreds of people without food and water and you did not provide them a place to stay. Would like to think you'd abide by the Air Passenger Protection Regulations. Help!
