Key findings:

- Median OS: 43.9m with PC alone, 50.6m with NAC, 76.5m with PLND, and not reached with both NAC & PLND.

- Women were 28% less likely to receive PLND.

- NAC use doubled the likelihood of PLND.

- PLND with ≥10 nodes significantly improved survival (aHR 0.586).
