@SayinMinds@glennkearney We define recession as two consecutive quarters of negative GDP growth. Q1 we grew by 0.2%, Q2 we shrunk by 0.2%. if in Q3 we have negative growth we're in recession but Q3 hasn't completed yet so we're on the verge of recession. Ya fool.
@SayinMinds@glennkearney Inflation is low and the OCR is dropping specifically because the NZ economy is doing badly. Inflation is tied to growth, inflation is low because we're on the verge of recession.
@aleaguemen@fc_auckland No direct flight between Wellington and Perth, with connections the distance travelled between Perth and Wellington is still the longest
@somemixedchickk@AMAZlNGNATURE The fruit is actually a Chinese gooseberry, it was imported and cultivated in New Zealand and was given the nickname Kiwi Fruit because it resembles the bird.
@Ryans_Rovers@rikdog72@YoungHeartHM According to this https://t.co/ueUmUOssy4 they let him go. Although it hasn't been announced anywhere that I know of.

@ColdRolledEV @Couch_Investor@Peter_J_Beck I have no opinion on the aesthetics of the engine, only that it performs to requirements (which is it's specific impulse, thrust to weight ratio, cost, reliability, and it's ability to be repaired/refurbished as these are all reusable engines). How the engine looks is irrelevant
@Couch_Investor@Peter_J_Beck Raptor has been in development for 14 years, Archimedes for four. Both companies have almost diametrically opposite design goals when it comes to everything from engine performance to reliance on ground facilities to augment. Comparing the engines makes no sense
@andyaz@satyanadella The model is changing, light weight immutable operating systems hosting ephemeral systems. Heavy VMs like a full windows server with lots of agents is seen as largely a legacy solution.
