@AmericanAir How about holding AA728 and other international departures so those on AA4382 can connect? 2+hour delay to fix seat placards. Same excuse last month on MCI-CLT-LHR.
And this is why I’ll use @Target as a last resort to shopping. If I have to do it myself, be questioned about checking properly, and shoved into a non-functioning space. I’ll go to @amazon first. Retailers need to bring back customer service to the box stores if they want us.

5yrs trying to get @KitchenAidUSA fridge fixed. @Assurant finally issued payment for @nfmtweets. New fridge delivered today with dent and compressor is already humming loudly. Entire kitchen was remodeled with black stainless steel. Should have went with a different brand.

@Lowes asked for email receipt. Given printed copy. FE Manager said no way to email after receipt was printed. Only return and buy again then get email. Are you kidding me? Need a serious update to your POS if that simple request can’t be done.

But I wasn’t disciplined enough. So IT became my money maker. I finally made my PPL happen in 180 days during covid. Now onto IFR.

@vrbo@Expedia Taking advantage of travelers during this time. Home is booked. I get charged 100%. Hosts then cancels and issues refund. Refund is 3-4weeks per VRBO. Only 60 seconds to take my money. Host is paid at end of month. Then drop listing and I get no refund. #scam
