@elonmusk The customer service rep created a ticket for my Tesla advisor to contact me. I never even knew I had a Tesla advisor. Finally, the advisor set up the delivery (3weeks after I initially placed the order)

@elonmusk I called the customer service number but it was an endless circle of AI chatbots who didn’t understand my problem. I was then transferred to a live person (after 30mins on hold), but they couldn’t set up a delivery date either.
