A thread on my first experience selling tickets on @StubHub. It, so far, is a frustrating and expensive lesson.

@StubHub’s glitchy, seemingly purposefully confusing and opaque system, led to my tickets getting listed, posted and sold TWICE.

I’m hopeful that @StubHub will do the right thing and not actually punish me, especially as a first time seller who was just selling to get the best @taylorswift13 seats possible for our 9 & 12 year old girls. It remains to be seen.
